1. Where We Fly

We fly airport to airport domestic delivery from and to all major airports in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

2. How much does it cost to transport my pet?

A flat rate of $299 plus Airfare and In Cabin Pet Fee ($125).

3. Is the transportation service safe for my pet?

Yes. Our transport service is a personal one-on-one transport (no cargo; in person only) throughout the entire journey where your pet is with the assigned flight nanny at all times.  The transport crates are safe, secure and pet-friendly, abiding by TSA standards and requirements. Our trained staff monitor your pet’s health, comfort, and safety throughout the journey.

4. Do you offer both ground and air transport?

Our primary mode of transport is airport to airport, including booking flight arrangements for you.  There may be special circumstances where we would provide door to door service for a higher fee.

5. Are your handlers trained in pet care?

Absolutely. Our staff is certified through the USDA in animal handling.  We also carry pet insurance for each furry friend that we travel with.

6. How do you ensure my pet’s comfort during the trip?

We provide potty breaks before and directly after each flight, feeding schedules (as per your instructions), and comfort items like familiar toys or blankets. Soft bedding and ventilation are standard.

7. Will I receive updates about my pet during transport?

Yes. Our staff will communicate updates, including photos and video check-ins.

8. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead to allow time for paperwork and logistics.  We DO NOT travel standby, but only book confirmed flights.  This provides the client with an assurance of delivery time.

9. What if my pet gets anxious or stressed during travel?

Our handlers are trained to recognize and manage stress. We also recommend including comfort items and, if needed, discussing anti-anxiety options with your vet before the trip.

10. Do I need to provide a crate or carrier?

We provide a TSA approved crate/carrier for transport, but you will need to provide your own carrier at the final destination to transfer your pet from our carrier to yours. All of our crates are 100% sanitized after each use.

11. How are multiple pets handled?

We can transport two small littermates from the same household together.  However, they must weigh a total of 20 pounds or less to meet TSA standards, and will be placed with each other in one shared carrier.
